Does every biochar project generate carbon credits?
No. Eligibility depends on the methodology, feedstock, process, end use, additionality and supporting evidence. Independent assessment and registry approval are required where applicable. Credit issuance is not guaranteed.
How is carbon stored in biochar estimated?
A common screening approach multiplies the dry mass of biochar by its organic carbon content and a persistence factor for the share expected to remain after 100 years, then converts carbon to CO₂ (×44/12) and subtracts deductions. Our estimator shows the calculation. Real projects follow the applicable methodology, laboratory analysis and independent verification.
Do you trade or sell carbon credits?
No. BIOCHAKRA provides project development and market-support services. This website does not offer carbon-credit trading, and we do not promise buyers or prices.

How are product prices and delivery confirmed?
After you submit a request, our team reviews it and confirms suitability, pack size, price, taxes and delivery with you. Submitting a request does not take a payment, reserve stock or confirm an order.
Do I need an account to request products?
You can browse and compare products freely. Submitting a request needs a signed-in account so you can follow its status under My requests.
Does the website send my enquiry automatically?
